15  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be improper: 1. paper towel used as a liner in cabinet where glassware is stored in bar; 2. raw wood on shelf with glassware in bar; 3. chipped wood on small dry storage room in kitchen; 4. chipped table top with coffee pot in room where pop rack is kept. Provide for all non-food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent. Repair or replace. (750.690) Next Inspection
